MEET THE SPEAKER
Tommy is the founder and head photographer of Pineapple Sunrise. Raised in the Chicago area, Tommy’s first visit the Hawaiian Islands nearly twenty years ago left him determined to spend the rest of his days enjoying and capturing the beauty of the islands and its amazing people. Specializing in surf, drone, water and underwater photography, Tommy’s portfolio can be seen displayed across Hawaii and beyond (including 4 prints in the XLR8HI Entrepreneurship Center!). His background in the startup ecosystem includes Marketing and Operations roles as one of Uber’s early employees , where he lead the ride sharing app’s expansion into Hawaii via Oahu and Maui.
